RATES: The "Nest" Villa is usually rented Saturday to Saturday. 

$325.00 per night plus ($375.00 Mini Lobster Season)

12.5% bed tax                                                          

$150.00 cleaning fee 

$150.00 pet fee

Additional guest fee $100.00 per night.

Note: Per state law a "Bed Tax" of 12.5% (Florida & Monroe county) is added to each stay.
