runs from the highway down a private driveway to the beautiful shores of Florida Bay.
The villa is one of three units in the bay-front building which is nearest the water and the only one on the upper level which ensures your privacy. Spectacular views
and stunning sunsets are guaranteed.
The villa is very secluded with its own exclusive private roof-top sun terrace, furnished with an outdoor dinning table and chairs, two sun loungers with cushions and two relaxing Adirondack chairs. A shade sail and patio umbrella provide adequate relief from the sun when needed.
Most rooms in the villa have water views.
Wood plantation shutters ensure shade and privacy while still allowing you to enjoy the views through-out the day.
2 Bed / 2 Bath - Master Bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom. A second queen size Murphy bed is annexed to the living room with its own private guest bathroom.
Bath robes, blow drier, soaps & lotions are provided for your convenience.
Kitchen - a well equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar adjoins the living area. Fully set up for six guests and includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (with ice maker), 2 coffee makers (Mr. Coffee & Keurig K-cup) and other small appliances / utensils including a blender and toaster oven.
Living Room - a light, bright and spacious area with a comfortable leather sofa, coffee table, extra seating and an expandable dinning table with seating for four. Sliding patio doors open to a balcony and marina views.

Bring your own boat or rent locally (max. boat length 26 ft.), launch at our ramp (up to 18 ft.) or bigger boats can put in at a local public ramp then dock in our protected marina and park your trailer for free!
The boat basin is deep and has both water and electricity. It is well lit for nighttime boating.
A fish cleaning table is available for cleaning your daily catch.
Easy access to bay and oceanside fishing, close to the famous Islamorada Sandbar plus many waterfront restaurants with dockage.
You are free to swim, snorkel or fish from the jetty but no swimming in the marina please!
Bike, Kayak & Paddle Board rental store located at the end of the driveway!
The "Table of Knowledge" - a rustic table and chairs are nestled under a shady Buttonwood tree by the marina, where many "tall" fishing stories are shared and enjoyed by our guests!
There is plentiful seating on the jetty for your use and relaxation plus bait / fishing stations are provided for your enjoyment.
Saturday to Saturday (7 day minimum stay) preferred although we will try to be flexible to accommodate your preferred dates

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of guest funds held by owner if written cancellation is received by owner 60 or more days prior to occupancy date or if property is re-booked.
A $500 deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance of the rent is due 60 days prior to occupancy.

"Freebee" - an eco friendly free shuttle service will pick you up at the property and drop you off anywhere within the main island of Islamorada. Download the Freebee app. and give it a try (highly recommended).
Founders Park - as a "temporary resident" you have access to this beautiful park and marina facility behind the Visitor Center (mile marker 87 on the bayside). There is an Olympic size swimming pool with diving boards, sunning areas, a sandy beach, dog park, fitness center and sports fields. You will need to take your "Nest" booking form as proof of residence
